DESCRIPTION

 

Peanut Butter Martini is a decadent cocktail made with chocolate liqueur, creme de cocoa, peanut butter rum, and heavy cream.

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 4 ounces PB Rum
  • 4 ounces chocolate liqueur
  • 4 ounces crème de cocoa
  • ice cubes
  • 1-ounce heavy cream (optional)
  • chocolate syrup (optional)

 

Garnish

 

  • creamy peanut butter (optional)
  • chopped peanut butter cups (optional)
  • chocolate syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place peanut butter on martini glass rims and then dip it into some chopped peanut butter cups. Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add rum, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, creme de cocoa, and a squirt of chocolate syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake well and strain into 2 martini glasses.
